01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Samart Watches ("we," "our," or "us"), operating from Shop No. 5, R City Mall Plaza, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400086. By visiting our physical store, browsing our website samartwatches.shop, submitting an enquiry, making a purchase, or otherwise engaging with our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately. We recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms for your records. Your continued engagement with Samart Watches after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are supplementary to and should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.

We operate from our physical location at R City Mall, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, and through our website samartwatches.shop. We offer a curated selection of smartwatches from 50+ brands ranging from budget-friendly options to premium luxury models.

Our business includes the sale of genuine smartwatches with manufacturer warranty, after-sale support services including setup assistance, strap replacements, screen protector installation, and warranty claim facilitation. We are committed to providing an authentic, transparent, and customer-centric shopping experience.

03 Products and Pricing

3.1 Product Authenticity

All smartwatches and accessories sold at Samart Watches are 100% genuine and sourced from authorized distributors, manufacturers, or their authorized channels in India. We do not sell counterfeit, refurbished (unless explicitly stated), grey-market, or unauthorized products. Every product comes with a valid manufacturer warranty and original packaging.

3.2 Product Availability

Product availability is subject to stock at our physical store. While we strive to keep our inventory updated, certain models may be temporarily out of stock due to high demand or supply chain constraints. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer for popular or limited-edition products. 04 Orders and Purchases

4.1 In-Store Purchases

When you purchase a smartwatch at our physical store, the transaction is completed at the point of sale. A valid purchase invoice will be provided to you at the time of billing. This invoice serves as your proof of purchase and is required for all warranty claims, returns, or exchanges. We strongly recommend keeping your invoice in a safe place.

4.2 Online Enquiries

Enquiries submitted through our website contact form are not orders but requests for information. Our team will review your enquiry and respond with product availability, pricing, and any other requested details. A purchase is considered confirmed only after full payment is received and an invoice is generated.

4.3 Order Confirmation

For confirmed purchases, we will provide you with a detailed invoice containing the product name, model number, serial number (if applicable), price, payment method, date of purchase, and warranty details. Please verify all details on the invoice at the time of purchase. Discrepancies should be reported immediately.

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. UPI refunds typically take 3-5 business days, credit/debit card refunds may take 7-10 business days, and cash refunds are processed at our store within 24 hours of approval.

All content on the Samart Watches website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, icons, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the property of Samart Watches or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at info@samartwatches.shop or visit our store to resolve the matter amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 15 days, either party may pursue legal remedies as available under Indian law, including approaching the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or the appropriate civil court in Mumbai.
